Katie Tougas

Bio: A leader in Technology and Data, I am passionate about building teams to deliver results for customers and having fun along the way. I have over 18 years of experience working in the Insurance industry focusing on IT and Data and decided to enroll in the Flex MBA program because I love to learn and wanted to continue investing in myself. In addition to working full time, I’m a mom to two amazing daughters. I’m a second time Husky and local to the UCONN Storrs campus, so we often sneak up to the Dairy Bar for ice cream! I’m excited and honored to be a UCONN MBA ambassador to help other students / prospective students with their journey and to give back to a program I’m thoroughly enjoying! Go Huskies!
