I’m an experienced Human Resources professional dedicated to driving organizational success through effective people strategies and data-driven decision-making. In my current role with the Bloomfield Board of Education, I partner with leaders to strengthen talent management, employee relations, and workforce engagement. In previous roles I supported retention strategy and onboarding initiatives. I’m passionate about cultivating a healthy workplace environment where employees can thrive and reach their full potential. I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from UConn and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. Pursuing my MBA allows me to expand my business acumen and further develop as a strategic HR leader.
