Kara is a Patient Access Training Specialist passionate about enhancing healthcare workflows and supporting team success. She has experience training staff, standardizing processes, and streamlining systems to create smoother and more positive patient experiences. Kara is excited to be part of the UCONN MBA Flex program, where she aims to develop her business and leadership skills to foster meaningful change in healthcare and beyond. Outside of work, Kara enjoys continuous learning, mentoring others, and exploring opportunities that improve leadership, cultural humility, and community impact.
