Eric Sapenoff


Eric Sapenoff is an MBA candidate at the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Finance. Before graduate school, he worked as a senior accountant at Vistra Corp, a Dallas, Texas–based retail energy company, where he improved accounting workflows, automated audit reports, and collaborated across departments to make processes more efficient. Through the MBA program, Eric has strengthened his leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills, and he looks forward to sharing his experiences with current and prospective students. Outside of school and work, he is passionate about fitness — especially weightlifting and biking — enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with his tabby cat, Kilo. Eric is also an animal lover and has volunteered at the ROAR Animal Shelter in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
